Earth, Near Future - a virus has laid waste to the world, mutating all adult humans into flesh-eating zombies. The infection lies dormant in all surviving children, bringing about “the change” near the age of 18. Life is vicious and short.

After a lifetime of wandering in a post-apocalyptic wasteland, Todd (an 18-year-old on the verge of transforming into a zombie) struggles to find a safe haven for his kid brother Benny; but when Todd becomes the chosen prey of a wicked young huntress (Matra), he must learn to trust and befriend other survivors before he succumbs to the zombie virus, to stop Mitra from adopting Benny into her clan of bloodthirsty savages.
